The accounting team is on campus, 3120 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054, on Fridays from 1pm - 5pm.  If those days do not work for you we are happy to schedule an appointment that meets your needs, just email the finance office at bursar@itu.edu and we will accommodate your schedule.

Due to feedback from students like you, we are also working on adding a feature of whether a financial hold is insurance-related or financial in nature.  This will help students figure out why they have a hold.  For now, the easiest way to find out why you have a financial hold is to email bursar@itu.edu

Another great bit of feedback we received from this year's class was that there is no confirmation of payment for courses, unless you paid in person, in which case you received a paper receipt.  Due to this feedback, we are working with our developers to add in an automated confirmation of payment email.  For the time being, please email bursar@itu.edu and they will send you your receipt.
