Website team SOP(Updated August 2021) 

  1. If you need to request changing the website(itu.edu or certificates.itu.edu) content, please send an email to Suman, Dr. Mamoun, and cc to Han. Please describe your request with how you want to change content and on which webpage.
  2. Suman reviewed. Han will do the change on https://staging.itu.edu/your-request-page/.
  3. Once you and Suman review the staging version, Suman will approve it, then Han will move it to the production website.


Please follow this SOP to change the webpage content, any requests not followed will not be approved by the website team, thanks for your understanding.
