Each professor has the option to use the online meeting system of their choice and is responsible for telling students how to attend the virtual classes they teach. Students should check the EMS to see if their professors have posted information about how to access virtual class meetings and should monitor their email for class announcements.
If you have a virtual class coming up soon, and you have checked your email and the EMS, and you still don't have any information about how to attend:
- Contact your professor directly. Your professor's email address can be found in the Syllabus section of the EMS.
- If you don't get a response from your professor, contact your Department Chair. You can find your Department Chair on the main ITU website by clicking Academics -> Degrees -> [your department]. Each department has a list of faculty that includes the Department Chair.
