If you need to reset the password for your @itu.edu or @students.itu.edu email address, submit a support ticket for the Email Password Reset group.
In your ticket, please tell us:
- your full name,
- your student ID number (if applicable),
- your personal email address that is registered with ITU (so we can send you the new password), and
- the ITU email address you need help with.
