There are two types of transcripts: Unofficial transcripts and Official transcripts.
- Unofficial transcripts can be obtained online through the student's account at no cost.
- Official transcripts must be purchased, and arrive in an official sealed (stamped) envelope. ITU's new streamlined process enables students to order official transcripts through the ITU Online Transcripts Ordering Process Form.
